I know some people must have been wondering how they can deal with gtbank (Guarantee Trust Bank) log dispense errors without going to the bank for customer care unit inside the bank.
All you need to do is follow the four (4) steps for different platforms where you can log your dispense ATM errors.
Internet Banking: When you have an issue with your internet banking system, all you need to do is do this;
1) Go to cards menu
2) Select dispense errors
3) A form will be displayed for you.
4) Fill the form and submit.
GTbank ATM: For the ATM aspect at any gtbank outlet follow the steps below;
1) Get to the nearest GTbank Outlet,
2) Click on any botton on the ATM (Dont slot in your ATM card)
3) Click on log a dispense error.
4) Follow the prompt and fill in every details asked from you.
5) Click submit.
Gtbank Connect: Way too easy i guess. but follow these important steps;
1) Call the following GTBANK lines 08039003900 or 08029002900
2) Select 1 to use the IVR self service.
3) Follow the voice prompt and log your dispense error.
4) It will be cleared once.
Gtbank Branches: These will be done at the service center. when you get there, you will be given a complaint form to fill and that's all.
Important Notice: Please be guided that all complaints needs at least 24 Hours before it can be fully rectified. and for other banks, it can take up to 5 to 8 working days before the complaints is fully rectified.
