Role Overview:
As our Marketing Officer, you will collaborate with the team in revenue generation through Retail and Corporates Channels
Key Responsibilities:
- collaborate with the team to develop and implement a robust and effective marketing communication campaign
- conduct periodic competitors’ analysis to review company competitiveness.
- Manage existing clients for continuous customer satisfaction
- follow up on monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual premiums
- preparation of renewal (95% rate), additional, upgrade and TPA invoices
- follow up on customer complaints and ensure full resolution
- monitors marketing and sales performance and adjusts strategies as needed
- prepares weekly/monthly reports and sales presentations for prospects.
What You Bring:
- BSc/HND in Marketing, Nursing, Microbiology, Insurance or any other relevant field
- - 3-6 years Marketing experience in Healthcare
- Proven track record of exceeding goals.
- Strong marketing skills & relationship skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good communication/presentation skills (both oral and written)
